Welcome to Xiist. I hope you enjoy your stay here with our community. Like most forums there are some simple rules that are required to make the site more enjoyable for everyone.

Rules and Regulations

1. No Flaming:

This is a big one, all I can really say is just don't do it and no problems will occur. If you have a serious problem with a member or Staff contact any Staff members about the problem and we will find a solution. Also note that anything off Xiist is your own business so don't bring it here. Punishment for this will be determined by Staff.

2. No Spamming or Flooding

This is obvious, I'm a neat freak my self so if I see random threads and shit everywhere I'll immediately get annoyed with it and will delete the topics or post and contact that person immediately.

3. No Double Posting

This is pretty much spamming but can be accidental which I completely understand the post will just be removed if it is a duplicate of the one before it. If you use terms like "Bump" I can understand if it is a question otherwise don't do it.

3. No credit taking

If your going to post a tutorial please give credit to the person who made it by giving a back link to the site and the name of the person who made it.

4. No pornography

This isn't a porn site so no nude or god knows what is on the internet.

5. Use the thank system

If you see a good post or something that helped you be a good person and click the "Thanks" button on there post and you can expect to see it in return more.

6. Like it or hate it

If you hate this site do yourself a favor and just leave now. This rule may sound stupid but I don't people complaining non stop about little things. Feedback is completely fine you can say like "oh you should fix the Graphics section" or any other opinionated advice as you wish buy don't be crude and annoying but it.

7. No crude or unusual punishment

So let's say you flamed a thread once and you receive a completely ridiculous punishment. If this happens please contact me on AIM or here.

8. No racial slurs

Don't post around saying things to people like the n word or whatever. It's fine if your joking around but don't use it to a point it's wrong.

9. Article contribution

If you have a great article you want to post please post it in the section provided be sure it relates to something important not the new dorrito chip flavor.

10. Use decent grammar

I understand that there are tons or chatting shortcut people like to use but please keep it a level where normal people can read it don't be like 0mz0rz h31p because thats just stupid.

11. Stay on the topic

Don't talk about how your dog shit on the carpet in a Graphics thread or about how 1337 your are...nuff said.

12. Reporting deadlinks

If you see a dead tutorial or link etc. please reply to the topic so a staff member may try to restore or remove the tutorial.

That's pretty much it for rules these can/may be configured at all time and a new rule can be added and used in power immediately. Thank you enjoy your stay at Xiist.
